My daughter ordered a 7 Chakra bracelet from vitalityextracts.com for almost $20 and was expecting to receive the product that they had falsely advertised on their website to look like the first photo attached. What she received was a knockoff of the bracelet with incorrect bead colors, which we found on aliexpress for less than $2 after running a quick image search of the second imagine attached, an exact depiction of what we have received.
You can see the aliexpress listing at the following link: https://m.aliexpress.com/s/item/32701289611.html?src=google&albch=shopping&acnt=708-803-3821&isdl=y&aff_short_key=UneMJZVf&albcp=756963599&albag=43596749721&slnk=&trgt=112039078598&plac=&crea=en32701289611&netw=g&device=m&mtctp=&gclid=Cj0KEQjw5YfHBRDzjNnioYq3_swBEiQArj4pdEAjwS_G7EDjfG9y_hemuSSpXdstCEehibjYQTokTgEaAueY8P8HAQ#autostay We have called and emailed several times to get our money back, but they haven't responded. They do state on their website that returns can be made within 15 days of the product delivering, however they will not issue your money back, only a store credit for their store full of cheap knockoff products that don't even work. The product picture is clearly different from the knockoff, and they run fake sale promotions all the time to trick buyers into ordering. Nothing about this company is honest.
They even have fake quantity counters of stock on their product pages, that count down but never go below 8 items. This function of the website is not their to help the customers, but clearly there to mislead and pressure buyers into buying (fake, knockoff) items that they can't even get their money back for once they receive them and realize they were scammed.
Totally unethical and dishonest business practices. They should at least accurately advertise the knockoff products they are selling.
