Unable to use coupon

Youre running a special on 30ml bottles buy one get one. I also have a coupon for $25 off my purchase which I can not seem to use. The coupon indicates No minimum purchase. My coupon will expire today and then I will not be able to use it for that reason. I find this unfair and misleading.

Incompetent customer service

In Oct 2023 my subscription was to have been cancelled. Dec 2023, $92.10 taken from bank acct. Again had to call to cancel subscription that was to have been already been cancelled. Sorry, it's already been shipped. Can not stop shipment nor credit back to bank. And further, not an updated address because this was to have been cancelled. So now, I'm out $92 and a product that will probably never reach me. Poor customer service to say the least.

Poor Customer service

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They want you to keep buying their products, but if you need assistance they don't seem to care. I spent a lot of money already with them . I only returned something once and I was given store credit, but it's funny because you can't use it on sale items and they charge you shipping even if you order worth $75 or more. This company is ridiculous!

Unable to read the directions on the RUFOLIA packaging Can read the dark maroon with the white letters. CANNOT read the light green background with the white letters. The person who designed the packaging should be fired!!! I get your other products and the directions are all readable. what good are directions when you cant read them and that is including a magnifying glass HORRIBLE!!!
