I order 3 bracelets, as they were on "special" no issue, went through the process. then a delivery date was told to me.
That date passed which was a Saturday. Reason for missed delivery, they stated "no one was home" then it said out for delivery Sunday at 10:23 am. well it never showed...all the way to Tuesday, I finally received notification the package was delivered, message said, "handed to resident at 1:30PM" no one was home...they couldn't have handed it to anyone.
It was laying on the front porch- when I say "it" and envelope with a packing slip only...there were no bracelets...then I thought, man this had to be a mistake.
after responding to their customer service emails and going through all of their protocol, I'm left with nothing. They have not responded in any way.
I need to know their physical address so I can repot them to the Better Business Bureau...I have called my bank reverse the charges!!
