I ordered on 12/04/2016, all i get is a generic email from David Klein stating that I need to WAIT until the full 28 business days. They will not refund either.
Only 20% after the product has been delivered. I have a feeling that it will never get delivered and I wont get my money back. I don't even want the product now. It was suppose to be for Christmas gifts because my mother wanted one.
needless to say she's not getting them. They will not help you at all. Apparently they need to get more staff as well.
All i have ever have was that David Klein respond to me. I am guessing that it is a generic automated computer reply!
