I placed my order on black friday thinking it was plenty of time for christmas. After they guaranteed arrival of everything for Christmas.

They sent me an email on 12/12 saying my order was on it's way and after emailing them 3 times for a tracking number they replied on 12/19 with my tracking number and it shipped that day. I received part of my order on 12/21.

I have emailed and messaged several times asking about my two missing car diffusers and have heard nothing! I get it's the holidays and it is busy, but this is so ridiculous.
