I also ordered diffusers in Nov and still don't have them. If I had used my credit card instead of my debit card my back said they could have helped.
If any of you people used your credit card, call and have them help you. I have emailed so many times and all they ever say is that I can return the diffusers for a refund WHEN I RECEIVE THEM! They will not cancel the order and give me a refund. How do we file a complaint???????
These people are scammers. There's not even an address on their web site - and USPS tracking is no help!
